Blonde bobs & brocade dresses

So I made this dress about a month ago. It was maybe kinda sorta inspired by these:

And maybe this:

From Luella Spring 2009. Which, by the way, Zooey Deschanel wore to the Grammy's recently. Um, talk about killing two birds with one stone. Luella is pretty much like my favorite. And Zooey is pretty much like in my top three when it comes to ultimate girl crushes.

And alas, here is another one of my attempts at sewing and trying to make something without a pattern. AND. Wearing a blonde bob. AND managing to look purdy scary all at the same time:

Oh wait, now let's talk about something happy.

Erin Fetherston!!!

Thank you for having good taste. For keeping it feminine. And for your music choice.

I love her to pieces!!

I have three things to say about this. Watch it first, and then I'll tell you the three things I have to say:

1) There is no possible way I could ever walk down that runway without laughing.
2) Sure, I like the clothes because they are mostly black, but I would like them much better if that horrible song wasn't playing.
3) If I were a model in this show, I would most likely throw up at the end of the runway.

NO!!!!!! What???? Pure silliness.

They should have put styrofoam "NO's" on the models' bums. Just to make it even worse.
